The Clarke Services Group Leadership
Scott Clarke
Managing Director
Scott is the fourth generation of the TC Clarke and Son, now Clarke Services Group. As our managing director, Scott is responsible for leading and growing the group, ensuring our family name, company values and legacy remain at the heart of our business. With a degree in Construction Management and over 20 years’ experience in the business, Scott lives and breathes our company values. (Especially the sense of humour one).
Brett Lee
operations director
Brett joined us in 2021 and brings with him a wealth of experience as a senior leader across trade and industrial businesses. He is a key member of our senior leadership and is responsible for assisting with the operational and strategic direction of the Clarke Services Group. He’s also a lot of fun to work with, but we may be biased.
David Harreveld
Chief financial officer
As the CFO, David sits within our senior team to advise, strategise and operationalise CSG’s finances and accounting practices. As a qualified CPA and postgraduate psychology study, David is skilled across both numbers and people (rare for an accountant, we know!) to ensure our projects and people are aligned and the numbers add up.
Rhonda Vohland

Rhonda’s positive outlook matched with her experience in management across a variety of roles and industries has equipped her with a steadfast and can-do approach. She looks forward to, and rises to meet any challenge her operations role can bring.
Emma Clarke
people + culture | Business Improvement
Emma is the other (better) half of Scotty & Emma and has been an instrumental driving force in CSG’s rapid expansion and growth. With a background in recruitment, industry training, and strategic account management, Emma oversees our People & Culture division, our brand and our strategy.
Geoff Clarke
ambassador
Geoff is the third generation of the TC Clarke & Son, now Clarke Services Group. He has proudly passed the baton to his son, Scott Clarke in managing and leading the business. In his role as our Ambassador, Geoff carries on the family name, our tradition, and our legacy. He remains a vital member of the Clarke Services Group leadership and the Commercial Construction division with nearly 60 years of experience.
